The Kentucky Emergency Services Conference, Inc. is a Kentucky based non-profit corporation. Although the conference has existed for several years, the corporation was not established until 2012. KESC was granted tax exempt designation under IRS code 501(c)(3) in August 2013.

Refund Policy:

  • If you cannot attend the KESC, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund. There is no fee to transfer your registration.
  • There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before 14 days┬áprior to the first day of the KESC. The full amount paid minus any credit card processing fee, if applicable, will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received within 14 days will be refunded at 50% unless the cancellation is deemed necessary as an emergency, described below.
  • Cancellations received following the conclusion of the KESC and “no shows” are not refundable unless the cancellation is deemed necessary as an emergency, described below.
  • Emergencies happen – that is the business we’re in. Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the KESC due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, a KESC Board member should be contact by phone, letter, or email. If initial notification is by phone, it must be followed up in writing.
