The 2024 KESC starts on Tuesday, September 3 and continues through Friday, September 6.

KESC 2024 will be held at the Louisville Airport Crowne Plaza Hotel and Expo Center located at 830 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209.

Book your room online at the discounted rate of $131 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees). You can reference Group Code MSF if contacting the Crowne Plaza by telephone at 866-888-0620. 

Tax exemption and credit card authorization must be coordinated directly with the Crowne Plaza's front desk.

Conference registration is completed online. Due to growing attendance numbers we strongly discourage late and on-site registration.

• One Day Pass (Wednesday, Sept. 4, or Thursday, Sept. 5)

What Is Included with Full Registration?

• Access to all organized conference activities, education, and expo hall

During registration, the current educational session offering is available. We will also post a Program to this website as the event draws nearer and details finalized.

Most of the education for our Emergency Management practitioners are structured and have strict capacity limits by the course providers.

The Kentucky Emergency Management Association is offering up to 50 of its members $225 for registration.

KESC's Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by email to registration@kesc.us. An acknowledgment of the request will be processed within five (5) business days to set expectations for refund processing should any be due. We agree to refund 100% of the registration fee prior to July 15, 2024 and 50% prior to August 16, 2024. There will be no refunds as of August 17, 2024. 

The Board acknowledges that occasional extenuating circumstances exist and will evaluate those requests on a case by case basis, however, this Refund and Cancellation Policy shall remain in effect.
